From their home in the Donegal Gaeltacht, gifted fiddle player Shóna McAnally and her little brother Mickey take to the road with a troupe of wandering musicians, on a cross-country journey of adventure, romance, and musical exploration. This event will be accompanied by a live performance from a Trad Musician.
This tour of Trad is brought to you by Collective, an initiative from Film Hub NI and Queen’s Film Theatre that brings the best of homegrown film directly to audiences. Theses screenings are presented as part of the Fleadh at Queen’s programme in July and August, the tour celebrates Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2026 coming to Belfast for the first time and the rich tradition of Irish music and heritage.
